In comes in Sam Says Online Personal Training.
This involves training and nutrition programmes personalised to your fitness levels, needs and goals and will include having myself as support, coaching and for the odd kick up the butt.
Not ready to go it alone?
Group personal training means you can bring a friend, partner, family member (or why not a random off the street?!) to sweat it out with you.
It's almost the same as 1-to-1 personal training, only you can take someone with you; whether it's for moral support or to give you a bit of competition.
Not only that, it can help you save on costs if you're looking to save on pennies.
